Shelves that organise themselves
Put books on custom shelves by hand, or create smart shelves that fill themselves from rules you set, such as rating, status, category or author. Any shelf can be shared as a public page with its own link and share card.

Custom shelves
Create shelves for anything (a project, a theme, books to lend) and file books into them from the library's row menu or several at once with bulk actions. Filter your library by shelf to see just those books.
Smart shelves
A smart shelf is a set of rules, and its books update as your library changes. Rules can use:
- Status (want to read, reading, read, did not finish)
- Rating, at least or at most
- Category, author or title
- Whether you own the book or have notes on it
Sharing
Make a shelf public and it gets a page with a link and a share card for social posts. Shelves are private until you choose to share them, and you can make one private again.
On each plan
Free includes three custom shelves; Basic and Premium have no shelf limit.
Questions
Are Goodreads shelves imported?
Your read, currently reading and want-to-read statuses come across, but custom Goodreads shelves don't. You can recreate them as shelves, or as smart shelves if they follow a rule.
How many shelves can I have?
Three on the free plan; unlimited on Basic and Premium.
Try it with your own books
Import your Goodreads library or add a few books. The free plan needs no card.
